Essential Consultation

From €250 + travel expenses

An ideal starting point if you need an experienced, practical opinion before making an offer.

Includes:
• A property visit of up to one hour

• A visual review of key visible elements, such as the roof, structure, walls, windows and exterior

• Initial discussion of the possible renovation scope and priorities

• Verbal feedback and practical recommendations on site

Standard Consultation

From €450 + travel expenses

For buyers who would like a clearer written overview of the project before they decide how to proceed.

Includes everything in the Essential Consultation, plus:
• A written PDF summary of the main points discussed

• Discussion of possible layout changes, project phasing and priorities

• Initial guidance on planning or local considerations that may need further investigation

• Indicative timescales for the work being considered

• Follow-up questions by email within seven days

Premium Consultation

From €750 + travel expenses

Best suited to larger, more complex or more ambitious renovation projects, particularly where you need time to discuss the property in greater depth.

Includes everything in the Standard Consultation, plus:
• A more in-depth property visit of up to two and a half hours

• Consideration of outbuildings, annexes or additional areas where relevant

• Detailed discussion of renovation strategy, phasing, seasonality and the likely trades involved

• Optional photographs or short video notes to help you refer back to the discussion

• Guidance on the information to prepare for an architect or other specialist, where needed
